Hi there! Happy (very late) New Year!

It's been a while since I've been consistently posting, I kinda fell off the blog-writing-thing during my last semester and during James's visit (whoops)! But if I’ve learned anything from this degree and now being in the very last semester, it’s that time flies and my memory is not perfect. So I want to commit to this blog and having all my favourite memories in print. And I want to go back and post some things from my absent period too! So keep an eye out for those and I will try to keep writing new posts too!

Quickly, an update;

My last semester will be in Malta! How fun! With my programme being based out of the EU, there is some flexibility in where we spend the last semester and where to conduct our thesis work. So, I decided to escape the seasonal depression of dark, dark, Norwegian Januaries and head for the sunny island of Malta!

My project is working with a private consulting firm on a portion of a large EU project called CIPROMED (CIrcular and Inclusive utilisation of alternative PROteins in the MEDiterranean value chains). I'll be working with a feed trial of Rainbow Trout and I start the third week of February! Wish me luck!
